I think there is a bit of a shortage. We've discussed the lack of YA stories written with male perspective. These haiku are great. Very intriguing!

I'm not sure yet how many books the series will ultimately be, but I've already planned out the next few and know how the series will end. I considered writing haiku for those I've planned, but I decided not to count too many chickens at least until I've knocked out the first book.

Thanks!

Incidentally, unless I'm missing something there appears to be a shortage of men in the YA space. Any thoughts?

Very awesome. I'm impressed that you managed to do one encompassing an entire series. Just individual books were hard enough for me!

Thanks for playing! I'm intrigued by these haiku - especially this world outside time and the way the mistakes from human history seem to still apply. Good work!
